Thursday evening found ‘Viking’ Troop, 1st Malew Scouts back in their (very nearly) fully refurbished Scout Hall for the first time in several months.
One of the evenings activities to promote team work was a ‘table race’. This involved using cardboard tube ‘rollers’ to move each team member in turn the length of the hall whilst sitting on an upturned table.
If the table came of the rollers or touched the floor the team had to move two table lengths backwards before continuing with the race.
The Scouts quickly learned that more haste doesn’t necessarily mean more speed!Tags: 1st Malew
